Borgo dei Fiori is a welcoming resort with a swimming pool for adults and children located in Lido Ovest in Jesolo, a short distance from the beach and the main street, where you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, and small supermarkets. The wide and comfortable apartment is located on the first floor and opens onto a bright living area with two sofas, a television, and a dining table for eight, a large terrace overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and American-style refrigerator. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a window and shower, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, two comfortable bathrooms with showers, and a large bedroom divided into two sections: the first with two single beds that can be joined together, and the second with a single bed and a pull-out bed, with direct access to another large terrace overlooking the pool. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. Two parking spaces are available in the Residence's internal parking lot. Beach service is not included; guests may use the lounge chairs in the pool area free of charge, subject to the condominium rules. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided. An EXTRA tourist tax of €1.80 per person per day, payable in cash upon arrival, is required for guests aged 10 and over, for a maximum of 10 consecutive days.
